La iniciativa ya cuenta con media sanción de Diputados. Si se aprueba sin cambios se convertirá en ley antes de fin de año.
Minutos antes del inicio de la sesión los verdes serían 34 con 32 en contra.

Sobre 18 diputados 10 anunciaron su voto en contra y cuatro a favor. Los demás no adelantaron su posición. En senadores algunos repetirán su voto.
